01 / Core capabilities

Installed scopes and manufacturing, under one roof.

We bid as installing subcontractor, as prime on stand-alone enclosure work, or as manufacturer supplying film to self-performing contractors. Material, attachment, and installation are engineered together and delivered by the same crews. Every scope is documented before, during, and after for the procurement file.

01

Temporary roofing and weather protection

Tensioned Elastowrap membrane over roofs opened by storm, hail, wind, or fire, and over occupied buildings during repair or delayed reroofs. Mechanically attached with no penetrations into the structure.

Emergency stabilization · Reroof delays · Occupied facilities · Historic substrates

02

Encapsulation of structures, equipment, and scaffolding

Full enclosure of scaffolded structures, cranes, barges, plant equipment, and open facades, sealed around live ductwork and mechanical systems while the facility stays in production.

Scaffold wrap · Crane and barge containment · Industrial plant enclosures

03

Containment for abrasive blasting and coating

Facade containment and debris netting, zipper and double-zipper access doors, and negative-air dust barriers for blasting, coating, mold remediation, and abatement work.

Blasting and coating · Facade containment · Dust barriers · Negative-air containment

04

Elastowrap manufacturing and direct supply

12 mil LDPE/LLDPE Elastowrap roof film in 32 ft x 90 ft rolls with a 24-month UV inhibitor package. Domestic end product, 22 pallets per 53-ft trailer, supplied direct to contractors who self-perform installation.

02 / Film specification and differentiators

Why a manufacturer.

We produce the film to our own formulation, so we control specification and production schedule and are not exposed to distributor allocation when regional demand spikes. We furnish both material and installation and stand behind both.

Owned equipment

  • Teupen TL110SJ spider lift
  • JLG T500J towable boom lift
  • MEC 1930SE scissor lift
  • Box truck and crew fleet

Three reasons buyers call us

  • Vertically integrated. Our film, our formulation, our crews, our lifts. No distributor allocation, no subcontracted installers.
  • Operating facilities stay operating. Coast Guard stations, Army Reserve classrooms, and a waste-to-energy plant all stayed in service while we enclosed them.
  • Documented for procurement. Photo record before, during, and after, test reports and specifications on request.

03 / Government past performance

06 / Mission

Our mission

To protect damaged and exposed buildings with roof and enclosure systems that actually hold, so agencies, institutions, and the people they serve stay dry, safe, and operating while they recover and rebuild.

We exist because the blue tarp fails. A 90-day product on a 12-month problem costs agencies repeat mobilizations, interior damage, and lost use of the facility. We engineered a membrane, an attachment system, and a crew model that seal a building once and keep it sealed until the permanent roof is on.

What we stand for

  • The product has to perform. When the storm hits, the protection holds. Reliability is the entire promise.
  • Protect people when they are most vulnerable. Our customers call after a disaster. We treat that moment with the seriousness it deserves.
  • Engineer, test, document. Every claim we make is backed by a test report or a photograph, available to the buyer.
  • Deal straight. Clear scopes, honest schedules, and a named point of contact who answers the phone.
  • Make it here. Elastowrap is a domestic end product made to our own formulation, so the material is there when the forecast turns.

07 / Contact

Tell us what needs to be protected.

Send the facility location, approximate roof or enclosure area, current condition, required duration, access restrictions, and any solicitation or scope reference. For storm response, call. We stage crews while the storm is still tracking. Please use an approved channel for controlled or sensitive facility information.
